Sprout Hub Alkimos Beach by Sprout Ventures is an early activation hub designed to deliver vital community space in new developments before permanent facilities arrive. The project is a pilot, and was delivered in partnership with Lendlease and Landcorp.

2 recycled shipping containers and a recycled timber pergola make up the space
The cafe inside contributes 10 cents in every dollar earned into a community fund called the Seedling fund
The internal space can be reconfigured to allow the new residents to run events and workshops
Sprout Hub was designed by WS to make the community feel welcome, proud of their space, and comfortable enough to start meeting new people and making new networks
Essential community building moments have occurred inside Sprout Hub including school enrolments prior to the school being built.
